Cancellation Policy 

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. We’ve created our cancellation policy to make this process as simple and flexible as possible for you. Below, you will find the details on how and when you can cancel your order and what happens when you do.

Before your order is sent:

If you change your mind before we’ve sent your order, you can cancel it. To achieve this, go to your order confirmation email, click the “View your order” Button and then click “Cancel Order”. After you confirm, we’ll stop your order and refund your money. If you only see the “Reorder” button or a notice that explains that the order is already in packaging, please contact customer service immediately and provide your order number.
 
Please note, following a cancellation, refunds can take up to 10 days to process. The speed of this process is often determined by your banking institution, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over this aspect. Please consult your bank for any queries related to refund timelines.

 

Grace Period:

If you cancel within the first hour after ordering, we guarantee your order will be cancelled. After that, we’ll do our best to cancel it as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
 

After your order is sent:

If we have already packed your order or the package has not yet been loaded onto the plane, you will need to contact us to cancel it. You can do so by email (Service@tinkooo.com). However, in many cases, even if the package has not yet been loaded onto the plane, the shipping carrier may not be able to intercept the shipment; this depends on the specific carrier.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • If the pacifier is unused and unwashed, it may be eligible for a return; Tinkooo will evaluate each case individually. Unused pacifiers are not guaranteed to be eligible for a return.
  • Other products, such as clothing and pacifier accessories, will also be evaluated upon request.
  • The policies detailed in this document apply to all regions, unless otherwise required by local law or explicitly stated otherwise by us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

  • Your money will be returned to your bank immediately by our processor, but it showing on your account might take a few days. We can’t control how long your bank takes, so you might want to contact them if it’s taking a while.
  • Please note that it is a requirement that you have made reasonable efforts to contact us and work with us in the event of an issue with your order before filing a chargeback with your bank, Chargebacks do not remove the obligation to pay and where filed may result in us taking debt collection action against you which will include the original amount of an order plus associated costs including but not limited to bank and payment processor fees related to the chargeback and costs related to recovering the debt. We will not accept any further orders where customers have unresolved chargebacks or debts.
