A：You will receive 30 registration points automatically after you complete account sign-up successfully. Points will show up in your balance instantly.
Q2：Why didn’t I receive daily login 5 points?
A：Daily login points reset at UTC 00:00 each day. You can only claim once per day. If you still miss points, please clear browser cache and log in again, or contact support.
Q3：How to claim 10 birthday bonus points?
A：Fill your real birthday date in your Account page. Once saved, you will get 10 points one-time reward. Points will not be issued repeatedly if you edit birthday info multiple times.
Q4：How can I get 30 Instagram follow points?
A：Follow our official Instagram account, send a screenshot of your follow status to customer service via email, we will manually add 30 points to your account within 24 working hours.
Q5：How are shopping points calculated?
A：1 USD spent equals 1 loyalty point. Points are calculated based on your actual paid amount after discounts, excluding shipping fees & tax. Guest checkout cannot earn points, you must log into your account to shop.
Q6：How does the friend referral bonus work?
A：Share your exclusive referral link with friends. When your friend finishes their first paid order, you will get extra referral bonus points automatically.

Q1：Can I exchange points for free physical products?
A：Yes. You can redeem full free items with enough accumulated points. Only shipping fees need to be covered by yourself during checkout.
Q2：Do free exchange gifts come with luxury packaging?
A：All complimentary products redeemed by points only come with simple plain packaging. Delicate gift wrapping is not included for free reward items.
Q3：Can I combine discount codes with point redemption orders?
A：Points for free items cannot be stacked with other sitewide discount coupons. You can only use one promotion method per order.
Q4：Can I return or exchange the free gifts I redeemed with points?
A：Free items redeemed by points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Q5：Do I need to pay extra customs tax for redeemed free goods?
A：The merchant covers any local import taxes, customs duties, or customs clearance fees incurred during delivery; you only need to pay the shipping costs.

Q1：Where can I check my real-time points balance?
A：Log into My Account page, you can view total available points, earning records and redemption history in the loyalty points section.
Q2：Will my loyalty points expire?
A：Points are valid for 12 months from the day you earn them. Expired points will be cleared automatically and cannot be recovered.
Q3：Can I transfer my points to another account or exchange points for cash?
A：Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted into real cash, they can only be used for product redemption on our website.
Q4：Will points be deducted back if I return/cancel my paid order?
A：If you apply full refund for your shopping order, the corresponding shopping points earned from this order will be subtracted from your balance.
Q5：How long will it take for earned points to show in my account?
A：Daily login, registration & birthday points take effect immediately. Shopping points will be added after your order is fully delivered. Instagram follow & referral points are manually issued within 24 working hours.
Q6：Is there a minimum points limit for redemption?
A：Each free gift has a fixed required points threshold, you can only redeem the item when your balance reaches the standard points amount.
